At Gugumishu, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality lunch boxes and water bottles. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. Returns & Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within [5] business days back to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges
